How to Purchase
I. Finding Your Items
Our collection is organized by category and sub-category for your convenience. To locate a specific item, please use the **Search** bar at the top of the page. To make a purchase, you will be required to create a customer account.
II. Account Registration
A personal account is necessary to place an order. Please complete the **"Register"** form to create your account. If you are a returning customer, simply **log in** to proceed.
III. Placing an Order
To add an item to your order, click the **"Add to Cart"** button on the product page. Shipping costs are calculated based on the item and destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Dispatch times vary based on stock status. In-stock items are typically dispatched within one week of payment confirmation. Out-of-stock items may require up to two weeks. Any extended dispatch times will be clearly noted in the product description.
Once you have finalized your selection, proceed to **Checkout** to select your payment method and confirm your order.
IV. Order Confirmation and Payment
Upon successful submission, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You can review your order status at any time in the **"My Account"** section of our website.
Please note: Orders for which payment is not received within **8 calendar days** will be automatically canceled.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, your order may not have been processed correctly. Please contact our support team for assistance.
